CHS Fair Queen Selected
Presley Lafon was selected to represent CHS in the Cullman County Fair Queen contest 2020. Congratulations Presley!
CLAS Banner School of Distinction
CCS is proud to congratulate West Elementary School for being selected for the 2019 CLAS Banner School of Distinction Attendance HERO award.
Sport Shooting Team Success
The CHS Sport Shooting Team continues to have success. Gage Howard, Cole Burnham, Forrest Calvert and Jackson Metrock recently competed in the SCTP competition at Dixie Trap Club. Gage won 1st place in his division.
The team also recently competed in the Cold Nose Open Skeet Tournament at Mars Skeet Range where AJ Coffey won a case of shells for selling the most fundraiser tickets.
You Be the Chemist
CMS students Natalie S., Wilson W., Tylar H., and Ethan Q. competed as a team at the You Be the Chemist Regional Challenge and received 3rd place! It was exciting to watch them through the process as they worked together as a team!
In Memory
This EES archer, Jill, was the winner of the first annual Brooklyn Walker Sportsmanship Award. Brooklyn’s memory will forever be a part of the EES Archery Team.
Welcome to Disney World!
A group of CHS and CMS students and their teachers and chaperones had a lifetime dream come true this week. They went to Disney! What an exciting time for these students!
WES Invention Convention and Travel Expo
WES 3rd and 4th grade enrichment students had their Invention Convention this week. Everyone was impressed with their creativity and ingenuity! Great job students!
Also, 5th and 6th grade enrichment students presented their Travel Expo this week. The students took visitors to many different destinations. Where would you go?
