The Buckhorn Choirs had a great day at State Assessment on Thursday, March 22nd! Concert and Chamber Choirs received straight superior ratings, including a perfect score for Chamber Choir from a stage judge and a standing ovation! The Buckhorn Middle School Choir received an overall superior rating at their very first SCPA! They were only one point shy of straight superior ratings! Ms. Jones is also super proud of the sight-reading done by every choir. Out of 88 points possible, the BMS, Concert, and Chamber Choirs received scores of 85, 86, and 87, respectively. Moreover, the students represented Buckhorn with exceptional behavior and class. We are so proud of these guys and girls! Congratulations!

Sign Up to Round Up!
The Round Up Program was started by The Schools Foundation and Huntsville Utilities to support local public school systems. The Schools Foundation is a funding partner of Madison County Schools. The more residential and commercial locations that round up, the more funding we can receive. Estimates show that if just half of the residential Huntsville Utilities users rounded up, it would generate approximately $500,000 to support our schools! By rounding up your utility bill to the nearest dollar each month, you help invest in the future of our students!
You can easily sign up to round up online:
http://www.hsvutil.org/myhsvu…/checkbill/roundup/signup.html
It might be a penny, it might be 25 cents, it might be 99 cents, but it will be no more than $11.88 a year. It takes less than 1 minute to fill out.
Thank you for supporting one of our community partners! Go Bucks!
