Big picture

AFA Handbook

Parents and students should read the AFA handbook to become familiar with our policies and procedures for the school year. We will be reviewing key elements of the handbook at Back to School Night and during the first week of classes, but it is the student's responsibility to read the entire handbook.

Transportation Info

We are very excited to be offering transportation both TO and FROM the AFA this year. Please keep in mind, only students who requested morning transportation on their enrollment form are approved to ride the morning shuttle to the AFA. Students should contact their home school to find out where the CTC shuttles depart from. Below is a list of departure times by high school. Students are responsible for arriving to their shuttle stops ON TIME every day.

BHS: 7:17AM

CHS: 7:20AM

FHS: 7:35AM

LHS: 7:26AM

MHS: 7:34AM

OHS: 7:28AM

THS: 7:25AM

UHS: 7:20AM

WHS: 7:40AM

All AFA students have access to the return shuttles. We will have AFA Ambassadors stationed at our entrance to help direct new students to their classrooms and to the correct buses when classes have concluded for the day.

Flex Passes On Sale Now!

This year, we will be selling AFA Flex Passes online! Each pass costs $50 and is good for 16 tickets (an $80 value) which can be allocated at the user's discretion throughout our AFA season. For example, you may use 2 tickets for the Music Recital in October, but if you have family in later in the year, you could use 8 of your remaining tickets for the Spring Music Recital. We will keep a record of everyone who purchases a Flex Pass so that you never have to bring a card or cash to an AFA event. Just go online ahead of time and allocate your tickets to your desired event! Each Flex Pass purchase will also earn you one AFA Car Magnet!

Flex Passes will only be sold through Sept 30th. To get your, visit this link and then click on 2019-2020 AFA Flex Pass.
