PTA - Assistant Administrator
PTA Assistant Administrator (part time - 0.4)
The role supports the full time PTA Administrator including the organisation and coordination of PTA events and fund raising activities. This is a term time position only.
Good IT skills including Microsoft word, excel, and google docs.
Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
A strong command of spoken and written English.
Previous work experience in communications and fund raising is desirable
Applicants must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
The PTA Assistant Administrator will work 2 days a week and the work schedule may be flexible. The successful candidate appointed needs to be available for PTA events throughout the year including the occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Halloween BBQ - Early sign up
We are rapidly approaching our Halloween BBQ.
The BBQ is our biggest and best night of the year - it's a night for the whole family with food and activities and a great social atmosphere. There will be more information in the following newsletters.
Before you look out your fabulous costumes for this year please go to the Sign up sheet and volunteer some of your time.
Be a stall Coordinator
We are also looking for volunteers to coordinate the following activities – please let me know if you would like to coordinate:
· BBQ - cooking
· BBQ - sales
· Food stall - selling tickets
· Games room
· Hair Spray
· Karaoke Room
· Sponge Toss
· Spooky stories - selling tickets
The coordinator is responsible for setting up the stall, getting it going, and also for arranging the packing up of the stall at the end of the night – but is not expected to be on the stall all night.
The role is all about community – being involved for your child, our families and yourself. Embrace it! Enjoy it!
