Self Assessments for Deaf Educators
How do I know what I need to know?
You may have to create your own self-assessment tool by creating a rubric or scale to use with the set of standards you have selected. Consider a scale such as the following:
- I urgently need help in this area.
- This would be important for me to get some assistance and feedback on it.
- I am really unsure of my effectiveness in this area.
- This might need work but it is not a high priority.
- I am confident that this is working well.
