Important Information
CTP Testing: This is something that your child does not need to study for. This is a standardized test administered on their iPads. We will be testing on Tuesday (3/18), Thursday (3/20) and Friday (3/21). Please make sure your child will be here those days.
Uniforms: Please make sure that from Monday-Thursday your child is wearing uniforms. From the uniform guidelines; shirts must have a collar and be school colors (white, green or navy blue). Spirit wear is the exception with the collars. Please see the attached guidelines if you need further guidance.
Upcoming Holidays
April 3: Mahavir Jayanti, a holiday celebrated by the Jains commemorating the birth of Lord Mahavira. It is one of the most important religious festivals for Jains.

April 9: Easter, is the most important Christian holiday of the year. This day celebrates Jesus’ resurrection.
April 14: The Day of Silence, during which students take a daylong vow of silence to protest the actual silencing of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) students and their straight allies due to bias and harassment
April 14: Vaisakhi (also known as Baisakhi), the celebration of the founding of the Sikh community as the Khalsa (community of the initiated) and the birth of the Khalsa
April 16: Orthodox Easter (also called Pascha), a later Easter date than what is observed by many Western churches
April 17: Laylat al-Qadr, the holiest night of the year for Muslims, is traditionally celebrated on the twenty-seventh day of Ramadan. It is known as the Night of Power and commemorates the night that the Quran was first revealed to the prophet Muhammad.
April 21–22 (sundown to sundown): Eid al-Fitr, the first day of the Islamic month of Shawwal, marking the end of Ramadan. Many Muslims attend communal prayers, listen to a khutuba (sermon), and give Zakat al-Fitr (charity in the form of food) during Eid al-Fitr.
