Students in Mrs. Hrabyk and Mrs. Rappaport’s group at Simmons Elementary are asking for your support. They have been working hard to create a new play room experience for all children here at school. With the holidays quickly approaching, what better way to make room for the new than to donate your gently used toys to this great cause? From 12-5-19 to 1-24-19 you can drop off any new or gently used toy, board game, or indoor sports equipment that is appropriate for preschool through 5th grade, in the front lobby. Wednesday, December 4th-Tuesday, December 10th
Our Holiday Shop starts this week! Each homeroom will have the opportunity to “go shopping.”
We will have a wide variety of items for students to purchase, ranging in price from
$0.25 to $7.50. If your child would like to shop for a few special family members or friends, please send cash or check in with your child on the day they will be shopping.
Each class has approximately 20 minutes to shop, with over 700 students coming through our Holiday Shop we need YOU!! Please consider volunteering for as many time slots as possible to help the children have a memorable shopping experience! Click here to see dates and times your help is needed:
ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST HAVE THEIR BADGES!!!

***Simmons HSA Teachers' Conference Dinner***
Thursday, December 12th
The Simmons HSA Hospitality Committee will be providing dinner for our wonderful teachers on Thursday, December 12th to coincide with parent-teacher conferences. Please consider donating or volunteering for set up or clean up. Please send in donations with your child on the morning of December 12th or drop off during the day. Please label all items “HSA Teacher Dinner”.
