Message from the Principal
I hope that you are all having a great weekend in spite of the cold weather that has arrived much earlier than expected. We had a very good and busy week at school last week and I would like to thank all the families who were able to come to our Meet the Staff evening. I was great to see so many of you. If you were unable to attend, no worries. Please make sure to connect with your child's teacher in the near future to ensure that you have all the information needed for a great start to the school year and do not hesitate to contact the school with any question you might have.
A big thank you to all the parents who organized and who came to help make l'Épluchette a success. The children loved chucking and eating the corn and were excited to find their queens and kings. This event is an old fall tradition of the French Canadian culture.
I am looking forward to this Thursday's special Welcome Back to School Movie Night organized by our school Parent Council. This promises to be a very fun evening and a wonderful occasion to meet and connect with other families of our French Immersion program. I hope to see you there!
Have a great week and God bless,
Mme Lafrance
