Pandaville Reminders
Arrival is from 7:30-7:55 by car or bus - please have mask and backpack on, ready to go!
Dismissal begins at 2:55 by car or bus - please have your Carpool Tag for 2020-2021
For now, 4th graders are the only students that should bring their CCS Chromebooks to school every day. Remember to send your child to school daily with a water bottle, extra masks, and a beach towel.
Starting Monday, April 19, based on the recommendation of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we will discontinue daily COVID-19 symptom screening for students and will not be taking student temperatures when they arrive on campus. That said, parents, guardians and caregivers, please continue to closely monitor your children for symptoms of infectious illness every day through home-based symptom screening. Students must wait in the car for a PES Staff member to let them out to allow for social distancing.
Please access the documents below to help us with a safe and smooth transition. We have information in two formats (Google Docs or Google Slides), choose which one works best for you.

SEL Tip of the Month
This month's SEL Tip of the Month is laughter ***cue the studio laughter - hahaha*** Did you know laughter helps us in so many ways? It can help us feel happy, connect with others, and it can improve the moods of those around us! If you have a joke or short story you'd like to share with your other Pandas to help us experience all the benefits of laughter, you can share it here: April SEL Tip of the Month Flipgrid. And be sure to laugh at least once this week!
