Tuesday Tech Tidbits--2/9/16
A quick look at great technology to make your life easier
Comic & Cartoon Creators
Creating comics is a great way to get kids writing, especially the reluctant readers in the group. You can create comics about any topic you choose and it fits into any classroom curriculum very easily.
Witty Comics
Witty Comics is an easy way to create dialogue between two characters. You can choose your background, what the characters look like and type in narration and conversation very easily.
Pixton
Pixton can be used for free although there is a paid educational account where teachers can set private rooms for their students to share their work. Students can easily drag and drop items into their own comic. This is available in Google Play and in Apple's app store.
Strip Generator
Strip Generator does not require a sign up. Students can create nice-looking comic strips. You get to control how many frames you have and you drag and drop characters to create the perfect comic strip.
Many other options
Here are some other websites you can check out if you are interested in finding the best comic strip generator for your lesson.
