Explore 21st Century Learning in South Carolina!

The Richard W. Riley College of Education, in cooperation with the South Carolina Department of Education, and TransformSC, invite you to learn more about the profile of a South Carolina graduate and South Carolina’s initiative to transform education. Come find out how we are preparing students for the 21st century.


We will have live, interactive demonstrations from PK-12 students, teachers and Winthrop faculty. Community and education leaders from Transform SC, the SC State Department of Education and Winthrop University will be addressing current challenges, initiatives and successes.


The event is free and open to the public. The media is cordially invited.
