The Theory of Evolution

Evolution
Have you ever heard of the word evolution? Well if you haven't it means the gradual development of something from a simple to a more complex form.
A Theory
Do you know what the word theory means? If you don't it means a supposition or a system of ideas intended to explain something. Charles Robert Darwin came up with the theory of evolution which means he came up with a scientific theory of the origin of species of plants and animals.
A Little Bit About Charles
Charles Robert Darwin was a scientific explorer from the United Kingdom. It wasn't until he was 50 years old in 1859 that he published his book of his Theory of Evolution.
Natural Selection
Charles Darwin stated in his book that evolution comes about because of natural selection. Natural selection is the process whereby organisms better adapted to their environment tend to survive and produce more offspring. For example if a species developed wings and learns how to fly then their offspring will inherit that trait, then that trait would go from offspring to offspring. Eventually the same species that didn't have wings would die out leaving only the new specie with wings.
Darwin Papers
Darwin wrote in his book that he believed humans were descendents from apes. He also wrote that humans went through natural selection. But, the definition of natural selection states that the improved new specie will live but the disadvantaged old specie would die leaving only the improved specie.

My Theory
I believe all of the facts in my report do not add up. If humans developed from apes then the apes would have been evolutionized just like the definition of natural selection explains. For my GT report I tried to figure out why apes have not been evolutionized if we developed from them, the reason is because we never developed from them in the first place.
