When you're experiencing stress, there are a lot of people ou can talk to.
- You can talk to your family about your stress, and let them know the issue that you're having. Maybe they can pitch in more and help out to relieve your stress.
- You can also go to a therapist, and get advice on how to cope with the stress and get rid of it.
