Welcome Back!
On the evening of April 30, the board voted to reopen Circle Public Schools for limited student access. This is NOT a full reopening. Please read carefully through this newsletter for all of the information regarding when students are allowed back in the building as well as the schedule for student check out. There is also information regarding graduation, 8th grade promotion, and awards night. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are excited to see students back in school!

Sending Children Back to School
Academic Work
ALL academic work for ALL grade levels is due by Wednesday, May 13 at 3:00 pm. Buses will be running the week of May 11 for student support days and work could be sent back on those buses.
Student Support Days - May 11 - 13
Bo Peep: Teachers will contact parents to set up appointment times for their students. When dropping off or picking up your child at Bo Peep, they should enter the door closest to their classroom. Parents are not permitted to enter the building to maintain proper social distancing and numbers.
Redwater: Parents/students should contact their teachers to set up an appointment to come in and work. Email is probably the best way to set up an appointment. All students should enter through the main doors. Parents are not permitted to enter the building to maintain proper social distancing and numbers.
High School: The high school will be running a shortened schedule of a normal day for each grade level in the mornings of May 11 - 13 (except seniors). Senior day will be May 14. See the schedule below. Teachers will also offer support appointments in the afternoons for students in any grade level. Student should enter through the secretary's doors or the main lobby doors of the high school. Parents are not permitted to enter the building to maintain proper social distancing and numbers.
Monday, May 11 - Freshman day
Tuesday, May 12 - Sophomore day
Wednesday, May 13 - Junior day
Thursday, May 14 - Senior day 8 - 3ish
High School Shortened Schedule on Monday through Wednesday:
8:00 - 8:30 1st period
8:30 - 9:00 2nd period
9:00 - 9:30 3rd period
9:30 - 10:00 4th period
10:00 - 10:30 5th period
10:30 - 11:00 6th period
11:00 - 11:30 7th period
Buses will leave campus at 11:51
Senior Day
Check Out Days
Monday, May 18 - Grades K, 2, 4, 6, and 11
Tuesday, May 19 - Grades 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10
Wednesday, May 20 - Grades 8 and 9 (8th graders will practice for their promotion ceremony in the morning as well as check out)
Thursday, May 21 - Check out by appointment only for parents opting out of sending their students back to school, contact Sandy or Susie
Students need to have a zero lunch balance before checkout can be completed. Please consider adding a little bit of extra money in their account if they are going to eat lunch a day or two after their check out day is complete.

End of the Year Activies
Night of Wildcat Music Under the Starts will be May 19 at 7:00 pm at Wildcat Stadium. More details coming soon.
8th grade promotion will be May 20 at 7:00 pm at Wildcat Stadium.
Breakfast and Lunch
If you know you want lunch for your child or children, please call the cafeteria by 9 am so they have a rough idea of how much food to make. The direct line is (406)485-3709. If your child gets breakfast or lunch, their lunch account will be charged.

Tuesday: Biscuits and gravy, fruit, milk
Wednesday: Sausage or bacon with egg and cheese english muffin, fruit, milk
Thursday: donuts, fruit, cheese stick, milk
