Academic success for our students goes beyond the classroom. Our advocate team is here to help support families and students be successful both at home and in the classroom.
All families need support from time to time, and our team is here to help. If you or someone you know could benefit from a helping hand, please reach out to me, I would love to help!

Medical/ Dental
Do you need support getting your a student a medical or dental appointment? Vaccines? Sports physical? Glasses?
If your family needs medical insurance, please contact me.
Often times, families can qualify for Apple Health, the public health insurance of Washington state. For information on Apple Health, click here.

Clothing Support
Clothes for Kids
For income-qualifying Snohomish County families with school-age children.
Qualifying families can shop for clothes once per school year between September and March. For more information, click here.
Food Resources
SNAP/ EBT through Washington State
To find out if your family qualifies for Basic Food through the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), click here to find more information. Multiple languages available.
Monthly Food Pantry
For families of Mountlake Terrace Elementary, Brier Terrace Middle School, and Mountlake Terrace High School.
Occurs once a month, usually on fourth Tuesday of the month. I will send out a ParentSquare notification ahead of time as registration is preferred.

Housing Instability
If your family is experiencing housing instability, please reach out to me or the main office of your student's school.
Mental Health
If you are seeking mental health support for a member of your family, please reach out to me, we can help you get connected to an appropriate provider.
Baby Supplies
If you have young children at home, we might be able to help with diapers, clothing, and other baby supplies. Please contact me.
