Please do not send your student to school if you can answer yes to any of the following:

Contacting teachers using Schoolloop and ParentSquare
The most common tool for many families to track assignments, grades, and contact teachers is through Schoolloop. Schoolloop allows you to view the complete roster of teachers and assignments for your student's classes with quick-link shortcuts for sending an email, or "loopmail" as it is called in Schoolloop. If you already have an account, great! If you don't, you can create one in about one minute by following this link. CLICK HERE.
The next most common platform we have is ParentSquare. ParentSquare is our direct messaging platform which we use to keep in contact with families and make them aware of upcoming events and to help them stay current on all things Hollencrest. This is also the secure platform by which we will be sending our paperless reports cards. All parents receive ParentSquare notifications, but only registered parents will have access to advanced features such as direct messaging to teachers and access to secure documents such as report cards. A walkthrough to messaging in ParentSquare can be found HERE. If you have not registered, you can complete your registration using this link. CLICK HERE. Some of our teachers have also set up office hours and meeting availability through ParentSquare, so please be sure to register as soon as possible.
If you would prefer to virtually sit down with your student's teacher, our counseling team can help coordinate a meeting for you. Both of our counselors can be reached by accessing the "Counseling Corner" portion of our HMS website.
