About: Seana Collins
At ten years old, Ms. Collins was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythmatosis, an autoimmune illness that attacks the central nervous system. It was at this time she realized the importance of understanding what was in the food she ate. Along with dietary restrictions Ms. Collins has made it her mission to help others be aware of the dangers of additives and synthetic sweeteners that are in a majority of processed foods.
