Let's Talk About It!

District mental health staff recently started a monthly blog, "Let's Talk About It!" that will address substance use and mental health challenges that students and families may experience. The goal is to provide information, quality resources and support related to mental health and substance use. Read the first entry about vaping here.

Know the Facts! Vaping nicotine can increase anxiety symptoms and increase stress levels, yet many teens falsely believe vaping can relieve anxiety and stress. Visit Truth Initiative and learn the truth about vaping and how it can increase mental health issues. Know the facts so you can be part of the conversation.
