Dear HNM
My name is Lily i am 16 years old and live in Los Angeles California. We have lots and lots of fast food here ive been catching myself eating fast food almost everyday. Ive seen changes in my body and weight. What can i do that will make me more vitamin deficient and healthy?
Fruits and Vegetables
Try replacing a snack with a fruit also try making a dinner or lunch at home using fruits or vegetables.
Water
Try drinking lots and lots of water to hydrate yourself through out the day. Just to clean out your system.
Exercise
Exercising is a very important part of health. First you need to make a sceduale and you have to commite to the sceduale. You can walk every morning , run every morning it doesnt matter as long as your doing some type of exercise.
It never gets easier you get better !

Processed foods can do alot of damage to your immune system, thats why you need to take care of your body. The things that i recommended it is sure to work just stay commited to it. im not saying you cant keep going out to eat you just need to limmit yourself from processed foods. keep drinking water and eating plenty of fruits and veggies!
