You Did It!

When you woke up today you should have taken: Probiotic Restore Ultra (the AM packets from the Herbal Cleanse box), Spark, and fiber. Depending on the flavor of fiber you chose, you can mix the fiber and Spark together with water and drink them together to save time. What did you eat for breakfast? Remember, it's important to eat well-balanced meals throughout the duration of the challenge to fuel your day...don't deprive yourself! About 3 hours or so after breakfast you should have had a snack. Don't go more than 3-4 hours without eating! This will help to keep your blood sugar stable. Lately I've been all about celery and hummus, especially the different flavors of Ithaca Hummus that I found at Wegmans! Then, about 30 minutes before lunch, you can have another Spark and a Catalyst*. In the afternoon, it's time for another snack. With dinner, be sure to take your OmegaPlex (the capsules in the green bottle). What did you have for dinner? I found a Chicken Torilla-less Soup that I can't wait to try! Finally, before you head off to bed don't forget your Herbal Cleanse caplets (the pills in the PM packets from the Herbal Cleanse box) and a Catalyst*.
