Servant Leadership
By: Savannah Stow
LEADERSHIP=SERVICE
Leaders embody service, sacrifice, and selflessness.
One must serve others to lead others.
Leaders do not lead by power. Leadership proves measured by sacrifice.
In order to lead others affectively, one must become completely selfless.
Leadership is a CHOICE!
Leadership is not developed in classrooms, in contests, or in self promotion. Leaders rise up in the quiet decisions of servants, in tribulation, and under pressure. When a sacrifice needs to be made or a job must be done, the one who serves embodies leadership. This is the feat to which all should esteem. "The only life worth while is a life lived for others." -Albert Einstein.
