Welcome Back!
I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing Fall Break. I feel relaxed and recharged for the next nine weeks! We had a great time learning about apples during the week before break!

Notes from the teacher!
- October snack money is due. PLEASE send in $5.00 (cash only) for your student.
- Report cards are coming home today. Please sign and return the envelope.
- Field Trip permission slips and money need to be returned by October 17th.
- As the weather is getting cooler, please be sure to send your child with a jacket and/or coat. He/she may not be able to go out to recess without one, depending on the temperature.
- Please be sure to practice your child's rainbow words with him/her each evening.

Kids Talk Body Boundaries Program
Body Boundaries is a presentation to students in grades Pre K-6 that will teach the correct names of body parts, empowers children to say no to inappropriate touches, teaches children to identify trusted adults to whom they can report incidents, teaches children that inappropriate touches are never the fault of the child and teaches children that victims and offenders can be any age, size, color, gender, etc. and may be someone they know.
Consent forms are coming home today. PLEASE complete the consent and return to school. Thank you
