How to Place Orders
All orders are placed through your website link (you chose this during enrollment) and the products ship directly from corporate to your customer.
There are 2 ways that customers can order:
- Retail Customer - they pay full retail price.
- Preferred Customer - they get a 20% discount! There is no fee to enroll as a PC; they just have to select the “enroll in autoship” option. It sets them up for a monthly shipment, which they can change, delay, or cancel at any time. There is no required monthly commitment.
Autoship customers will receive an email 5 days before their shipment as a reminder. At that point (or any time before), they can log in and make any changes. (All changes have to be made 5 days prior to the shipment going out).

Three-way Call with Upline
Get them on a 3-way call with your upline! (This doesn't necessarily have to be the person who signed you up: they can pass it up to someone further up the line, if they need to). Not only will it educate your prospect, it will give you a chance to see how the opportunity is presented.
Reach out to your upline and get a time that works for them; then, set up a 3-way call between your prospect, yourself, and your upline (easy to set up on your cell phone: you can practice beforehand with a friend!).
