Earthquakes
By John Connelly
Why do tsunamis happen during earthquakes
Tsunamis happen during earthquakes because there is a violent disturbance deep below the ocean surface caused by a earthquake, volcanic eruption, or a landslide. When the 1 plate go's down and the other 1 go's up the energy in the water builds up when the water gets closer to land and creates a tsunami.
