2 things you own
What you believe in
11. Being able to see your flaws and be able to change makes you stronger
12. Self-discipline is the key of achieving goals
Conversation with family
I would always have some short conversation with my family, I'm not too attached, I don't tell them my problems for I fear the punishment they could potentially bring me. I do want to get close to them sometimes, but I just don't tell them.
I like to eat a lot, and whenever I cook, it makes me enjoy the food I've created much more. I get to understand the efforts of chefs and appreciate the food I eat even more. But, making things from scratch and seeing the success out of it makes me feel a little bit proud of my work.
I always feel overwhelmed about things, but by the end of the day, I would feel guilty that I wouldn't have done anything. It makes me more discouraged about school, and I just hate having the feeling of guilt from the start of the morning, to the end of the evening.

I believe that self-discipline is the key in life, it can flexibly change your daily routine and could get you done with things way faster, in proper conditions.
There is a story and wisdom that could be brought from every experience of every individual, they might not look intelligent in one particular thing, but some excel in other skills.
I believe that I own my life and could potentially change for the better, I just need some commitment to change and to improve my habits. I believe that if the future is good, the overall lives of people are also excellent, not only in the standards of living rises, but also productivity and well-being. That's why I need to to change.
To friends, I usually talk about school and the tasks that are due, maybe because it's the only thing I could come up with.
Internet addiction is a real thing, not seen under the radar of society. Many check their phones or emails right after they wake up, many rely too much to internet and the society is become more unhealthy because of it. I use the internet for at least 6 hours a day, that's why I want to change.
My life is bad compared to 2014, but I believe that the I could improve myself by doing and not just planning. And make my goal clear, and have a feeling of identity and passion.
I feel guilt not to my parents and myself once I get a bad grade, but also to my teachers, that is why I don't want to check gradespeed for it might discourage me even more.
I'm much of a hypocrite as a believer of philosophy, which is why I want to change my standards of living. But I have a good idea and interest in philosophy.
Once someone judges another person by the way they look, many don't actually see what the person has been through or where they are headed. It can only be seen if one spends time with the person, and if the person opens up.
