The benefits of water are ever most to good to be explained, but I have to explain them so I guess I will. Water makes you live. Did you know that your body is 60% water. Did you know water cools you down and that cold water cools you down cooler isn't that just cool?. If your body does not have water you will die. The benefits of water can make your loss weight, look younger with healthier skin, better productivity when working, keeps you in a good mood, you exercise better, helps with digestion and constipation, less cramps and sprains, less-likely to get sick, relieves stress and fatigue, and reduces the risk of obtaining cancer.
