Meadowbrook Buzz with Mr. Bell
Once we get into the month of November, we enter one of my favorite times of the year in Meadowbrook. Excitement builds with the students moving past the candy-filled craze of Halloween and keeping their eyes focused on the calendar towards the holiday of Thanksgiving and beyond. November is filled with Parent-Teacher conferences, school closures for the Teachers Convention recess, our Kindergarten Feast performance, the continuance of Intramurals, the start of Grades 3-4 Green Team meetings, the first Principal / Parent Discussion Group meeting, and much more.
As the proud building leader, this time of year allows for some reflection on the successes of the first few months of the school year. I am thankful for the staff, student, and parent conversations, which offer important feedback and positive support for our school.
I am so grateful to be a part of a community that provides the strong partnership needed to give the students the daily experience of learning, laughter, and love. On behalf of the entire staff, we wish you a healthy and happy Thanksgiving with family and friends.
