Fall is such a wonderful time. Children are going back to school and growing up so fast. At this time of year I always set new goals for my family, as I want a great start for the new school year. We are usually way off schedule after summer fun and vacations. We have enjoyed more family time including eating at home and finding time to ride bikes outside. As we adjust to new schedules this can be stressful on the body so we also make sure we have plenty of health supports. We love our vitamins, fresh fruit, YL diffused oils, and Ningxia red to build up our immunity. I pray that your family is having a great start to the year.
