Editor's Correction
I am grateful to the handful of families that contacted me and noticed that I had incorrectly put the last day of school in last week's newsletter :-) CORRECTION: Last day of school is Tuesday, June 15 and will be an early release day.
Super Short Survey 9 (Still Open)
I like to think that I am fairly good at anticipating the questions and wonderings of the parent community at my school, but that is based on the fact that I used to see many of you regularly in and out of school or at community gatherings. We just haven't had as much direct chance to communicate.
So, here is what I am asking :-) Can you please do the following survey and list for me your "top 3" questions you have about next school year @ EBE? My goal in gathering this information is to try and hold all of you and your questions alongside me as our district begins going through the pre planning that normally happens in May / June. I appreciate you taking the time to share your questions with me.

SCSD Friday Family Message, 4.16.21 (Repeat)
Good Afternoon Families and Staff,
We are looking forward to bringing back our secondary students into our new hybrid model beginning next week. Safety precautions and protocols are in place. Schools will be communicating any updates to families. Secondary students should expect to see a new attendance form beginning next week. This form will be sent out by buildings.
Secondary students will need to pack their own lunches next week; however, beginning April 26, all students will have access to free grab and go lunches when they attend in person (it will also include breakfast for the following day). Additionally, students will be able to pick up a 5-day meal bag when they leave school on either Tuesday or Friday. Students will be able to sign up for the 5-day meal bag when completing their attendance form each week.
Please note, beginning April 15, all people age 16 and older will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. As more trials are completed and with FDA authorization, this age range may be extended to younger students.
Please join us next week as we celebrate our school administrative professionals. National Administrative Professional Day is recognized on April 21 this year. Our office staff are integral to our school operations. We appreciate everything they do for our students, families, and staff.
The superintendent search survey is open through tomorrow, April 17 (NOW CLOSED). If you have not participated in the survey but would like to, please use the links below:
