XQ Schools Grant Proposal
The work of the XQ Schools team fit in well with a unit we did earlier in the year based on Sir Kenneth Robinson's TED talk, "Are Schools Killing Creativity?". Students spent time researching the XQ website and they listened to a second TED Talk by Robinson on changing the education paradigm. Using this framework, they brainstormed how they would change education. It was exhilarating and exciting to hear our students figuring out innovative ways of changing education. The mind maps we created were delivered to the XQ Team this week.
