Attendance Calls to Begin Oct. 25th
Submit Student Absence Notes Online. Here's How!
BCS Families/Caregivers, Students and Staff:
Next to starting the day with a full night's sleep and a good breakfast, regular attendance to school or class is primary to student academic success. Students cannot learn if they are not present and prepared to learn.
Beginning Tuesday, October 25th, BCS families/caregivers will begin receiving phone/text/email notifications if their student has been marked absent from school. To be sure that you are receiving school messages concerning your child's attendance, please update all contact information in your Family ID account (see below).
These messages will be sent to the primary caregiver according to the following schedule:
- High and Middle school messages will be delivered at approximately 10:30am.
- Elementary and Intermediate school messages will follow at 11:00 am.
Should you have questions after receiving a message, directions for follow up or contact with the school will be included in the message.
Can I Submit a Student Excused Absence Note Online?
Your school will continue to accept written parent/caregiver notes as well.
