Week of September 22, 2014

Thoughts for the Week

There was a lot of hard work going on in the building last week. I saw students engaged in making, learning, books, and collaborating with each other. I feel great about this year, and really can feel us building on the momentum of last year.

I'm looking forward to working with your math assessments this week. It will be a great opportunity to see how much our students have learned already.

Reflective questions for the week:
- How do we teach with engagement in mind?
- How do our students stay engaged?
- Do they need to be taught to be engaged? How do we do that?

Have a fantastic week!
