What is it?
The Petronas Twin towers, also known as the Twin towers of Malaysia, were designed by Argentine-born American architect Cesar Pelli.

. The towers had begun to be constructed in 1991 and were completed in 1998. The architecture for each of the towers was identical. They each had 88 floors, the height of 451.9metres tall with a pyramid shaped pinnacle on the top (73.6metres). The floor-plate of the Tower is designed based on geometric patterns common in architecture of Islamic heritage.

KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre) is a major shopping centre located right under the towers. There are approximately 5 floors! It is ridiculously crowded everyday as I have experienced it myself.
