About this program

This program is meant for those wishing to approach the principles of international taxation and work with them following relevant international taxation cases and reviewing the new tax planning models together with the most recent anti-avoidance measures. This study will include discussion and valuation of the institutional reaction to aggressive tax planning by multinational corporations and the future of the offshore jurisdictions in the new international tax environment.

The program will be held 100% online via 3 videoconferences and 3 discussion boards which will give you great flexibility, considering your professional agenda.

The videoconferences will be held on May 13th, 20th, 27th at 7pm (Madrid time). They will last 1h30.

We will record each videoconference in case you can´t attend it live. This recording will be posted on the Campus Online right after the end of the videoconference. Every Wednesday after the videoconference, the discussion board will start. Participants can access asynchronous to the discussion forums, which are active 24 hours a day, through our virtual campus. The topics analyzed are based on real law cases and simulations.
