Materials Pick up for Virtual Campus- Tuesday, October 20th, from 2:30-3:30 pm
For Families in Virtual Campus:
Pierremont is hosting a Virtual Learning Materials Pick-Up event on Tuesday, October 20th, from 2:30-3:30 pm. During this time, we will provide curbside pick-up of curriculum materials and supplies needed for the 2nd quarter of virtual learning. Families may also drop off Pierremont books at this time. Times will be scheduled by last name as noted below. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher.
When entering the Pierremont lot, please turn left and make a line heading to the back parking lot. Stay to the right. Many of our virtual teachers and other staff will be there with material by students' last names. Once you pick up/drop off, circle around and stay to the right to leave the lot. We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday!
2:30 pm: last names A-G
2:45 pm: last names H-M
3:00 pm: last names N-S
3:15 pm: last names T-Z
Transportation Items
Fill out the daily transportation by Monday, October 19
Each year we ask you to let us know your daily transportation routine and transportation mode in an unexpected early dismissal. We understand that your child may need to have a different mode of transportation home on certain days of the week due to work or other family constraints. This year busses will have seating charts, and siblings will sit together. We ask you to be mindful of multiple changes in a week unless it is necessary. Also, bus passes will not be used this year for students to ride home together on an occasional basis.

Medication Drop Off Information
Medication drop offs are being accepted on October 19th-21st from 10am to 2pm. This will be a drive up service in front of the school.
Please call my office at 314-415-6610 when you arrive and I will meet you in front of the building. I will be accepting medication, completed Medication Authorization Forms, and any Emergency Action Plans if your child has asthma, food allergies or a seizure diagnosis requiring emergency medications.
If your child receives a daily medication or an as-needed medication which needs to be administered during school hours, you will need to have a current Medication Authorization Form completed and signed by your child’s doctor. We are requesting that you do not send any medications in your child's backpack. Please have signed forms and medication in a ziplock or plastic bag.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email at kpark@parkwayschools.net
Looking forward to seeing everyone very soon!
