This is your chance: Show off your research and/or creative activity at one or both of these premiere events!

Your MassURC project can be presented as a talk on a panel or through a traditional or electronic poster at the poster sessions. Your WSUCSC project can be presented orally, through a traditional or electronic poster, or as an exhibition or performance.

Your project can be something you have already completed, something you are working on now, or something you will be doing in the future, as long as you have enough done to present on April 24, 2020, for the MassURC or April 29, 2020, for the WSUCSC.

All you need to apply for either or both of these events is an abstract conforming to the requirements and a faculty sponsor. If you have a faculty member you are already working with or you can ask, great - ask away! If not, then feel free to contact Henry Theriault at htheriault@worcester.edu or come to one of the info sessions listed below for help being matched to a faculty advisor. The info sessions will also provide general information about the two conferences and how to submit your proposal, help with your abstract(s), and more.

Worcester State will also be providing transportation to and from WSU to UMass Amherst for MassURC as well as lunch at UMass for participating students.

Registration for MassURC opens on Monday, December 16, 2019. The deadline for initial abstract submission is 11:59 pm on Friday, February 14, 2020.
