Parent Survey
Pleasant Hill needs your help! Please let us know how our district is doing. You can give your valuable input by filling out the following survey. The state of Illinois requires that all districts get input from it's staff, students, and families regarding it's effective leaders, collaborative teachers, supportive environment, and involved families. Your voice is important. Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey. Thanks so much!

Important Notes & Reminders
- Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation with us as have implemented our new Raptor Visitor Management System. The system has been working out very well so far. Staff and students are now familiar with the new check in process and visitors badges. It is a time consuming process for large events such as Donuts with Dad, but safety is our priority and that is what we will continue to focus on.
- Just a reminder that students will have outdoor recess if the real feel temperature is 20 degrees or above. Please be sure to send your children to school dressed appropriately to go outdoors for recess, which would include coats, hats, scarves and gloves or mittens. We encourage all students to get outdoors to enjoy ten minutes of fresh air during recess. Students will only be allowed to stay indoors for recess if they have a doctor's note for a medical condition.
- School emergency closings could happen at any time of the year. Please be sure you have plans (with a family member, neighbor, or child care provider) on what is expected should an emergency closing occur at Pleasant Hill School. School procedures call for an emergency school closing announcement to be given over local radio and television media. When listed, please look for Pleasant Hill School District #69 or Pleasant Hill Elementary School in determining if school will be closed. Information on school closings will also be sent to families via our automated phone messaging service School Messenger and will be posted on the school website and Facebook pages.
Congratulations to Our Star Students of the Month Angela Ortiz & Shaelyn Adams
