A Kagan Model School

No School for Students

There will be no school for students on Monday, February 18- President's Day and Tuesday, February 19 for a Professional Duty Day.

Safety First

Safety for our students is our top priority at Trafalgar Elementary School. We have policies in place to protect our students while here on campus.

When dropping students off in the car line, please be sure your child is ready to exit your vehicle when you reach the front of the school. Please have their belongings (backpack, lunch box, etc) ready. Pull all the way forward in the line as directed by a staff member.

When entering our driveway during drop off and pick up, please enter the driveway by turning right. This will help keep the flow of traffic moving. When exiting campus during drop off and pick up, please adhere to the Right Turn only sign.

Please remember that if you are visiting with your child during lunch, you are only permitted to have lunch with your child during their scheduled lunch time.

Also, if you would like to send a treat in to school for your child's birthday, those are only served during lunch time and should be store bought. We do not permit pizza or lunch style food to be served to an entire class during lunch. Due to allergies, store bought cupcakes, cookies or small snacks are ideal.

Jump Rope for Heart

The Kids Heart Challenge is here! Jump Rope for Heart!

During the month of February, our students are learning all about what they can do to keep their hearts healthy, take their own health challenge and learn how they can help others by collecting donations for the American Heart Association. We are a healthy and service-minded community. Your child will bring their fundraiser packet home by February 8. The fundraiser envelope and all monies collected are due February 22.
