A description of this virus

Characteristics of it

It is a tick borne disease that the ticks get from the Rickesttia rickettii bacterium that is found in some animals. It is then transferred to humans by a bite from an infected tick , where the bacterium gets in the blood stream and starts affecting the human body. It is typically fatal if not caught early . Humans cannot pass it from human to human as it has to be introduced into the blood stream

Symptoms

There is a 5-10 day incubation period after the bite from the tick. The symptoms include fever,nausea,vomiting,muscle aches,loss of appetite,diarrhea and headaches. Then further along into the illness comes joint pain,abdominal pain and the most infamous symptom the red spotted rash. Without proper treatment the person can die within 2 weeks.

Treatment

People who develop Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever are usually put on a cycle on antibiotics but if it is severe enough the doctors will prescribe Doxycyline to completely eradicate the bacteria from the blood stream. If treated properly it can be eradicated from the body in two weeks

Where it originated

The name is actually accurately describes the location where is was first diagnosed in the 30's in the Rocky Mountain region. It does though affect North, Central and South America. It is present in most areas besides those of extreme cold as the vector (ticks) cant live in extreme temperatures. It is usually found in areas of high vegetation and moderate to warm temperatures.

Chagas or American Typanosomasis is a parasitic disease. It is spread by Traitomine or kissing bugs that release larvae that get into the blood stream in anyway that they can causing severe discomfort and problems in the body. It usually beings showing through after 8-12 weeks after they enter the body and become fully developed and burrowed into the body.

Symptoms

The disease will cause swelling of infected area along with redness and rash of the area, swollen lymph nodes, fever, headache, body chills, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and swollen liver and spleen. They are all curable with the right medicine and treatment and precaution taken.

Treatment

To treat the virus there will be a extreme effort to kill the parasites inside the body with certain drugs and anti-parasitic drugs to eliminate them. Once that is done there is an effort made to monitor the symptoms and fix them to where the body can function normally. After all parasites are gone and the symptoms are gone you will be back to normal

It has been found in most warm tropical areas of the world, Found around most tropical areas of the world and inflicting most people that it comes into contact with causing death in some extreme cases and in areas of low level of medical experience
