DonorsChoose Projects Funded!
"This project provides the funding needed for students to have immediate access to headbands and other hair products needed to maintain their appearance. This will alleviate some of the concerns that we currently face with students wearing hats and hoodies because of “bad hair days.”

Bringing Georgia’s History to Life
“This 3D Timeline will help students to understand the general flow of chronological history, see the full picture of a particular era from beginning to end, and make connections between individual events and people.”
-Ms. K. Smith
Reading is Believing
"Many students have lost their skills during this COVID season. They are struggling to develop the skills required to navigate through the pathway of complex components to become an effective reader. Reading Plus will support an increase in reading fluency, decoding, vocabulary, and question analysis using context clues."

A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
“Art literacy promotes confidence and self- expression while deepening the understanding of literature. In addition to creating artwork for themselves, students will be able to connect personally and meaningfully through shared art created by their peers. This project will intertwine elements of literature, art, and social activism. Students will paint their own interpretation of what liberation feels like based on one’s understanding of the gift of freedom."
