We may not be at school, but we can still move, learn, and have fun! Choose one of the following challenges for to complete this week. Any challenges that are done can be sent to Mr. B via email eric.bottmeyer@chesterbrookacademy.com. Have fun!
SCHOOL-WIDE WEEKLY FITNESS CHALLENGE................ HIGH KNEES!
This week, as a school we are going to continue to challenge our fitness by doing another exercise. Your challenge is to do as many high knees as you can. Can you do 100 high knees in a week? Can you do 500 high knees in a week? Can you do 1000 high knees in a week? You can choose your own goal. This can be done over the course of an entire week and should not be done all at once. Try your best and post how ever many jumping jacks you do into the Physical Education folder in your seesaw!

CHALLENGE: Do at least 30 minutes of videos every session
- Download/open GoNoodle
- If you click below, you can either click "GoNoodle Games" or "Get Started Now" followed by Familes "Play Now"
- Great videos to search for (click the magnifying glass in the top right corner) are Fresh Start Fitness, Zumba Kids, and Indoor Recess
- Students can click on other videos they find that will keep them moving
- Students can do more than 30 minutes of videos if they would like
CHALLENGE: Create an obstacle course
I want you to create your own obstacle course at home. You can use anything as obstacles that you have at home (stuffed animals, toys, sports equipment, inside or outside objects, ANYTHING). Make sure you record yourself completing your obstacle course and send it to Mr. B!
