February
national school counseling week
This is an opportunity for the School Counselors to shine a light at the various roles they have in a school setting.
School counselors provide support to students, educators, and parents. They also focus on students' academics and social-emotional well being.

Random Acts of Kindness Week
January Recap
NO NAME CALLING WEEK!
The book states "Gardens are magical places. Thousands of plants bloom together, but every flower, every berry, and every leaf is different. Each of us grows in our own way!" The book encourages children to be understanding of health conditions that may affecting others. Like flowers, people require different needs. No matter what needs are needed, we must all treat each other with kindness and respect.
Each student decorated a flower to contribute to our new Kindness Garden. It serves as a reminder to the students to be kind and and inclusive as they are walking through our campus.
January Guidance
Students were then asked to write three acts of Kindness on each water droplet and encouraged them to participate in the ripple effect of kindness.
