Absences During Final Exams
With the end of the first semester fast approaching, many of you have already begun to make plans for Winter Break. December 15-18, the 7th & 8th graders will be taking semester exams and 6th graders will take a math test. Please consider this as you make travel arrangements. Keep in mind that it is important for students to be at school during exam week.
Note that to minimize disruptions during exams, we will NOT release students during an exam time. For example, if the exam is from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., no students will be released during that time.
If you know that your child will be out during this time, please FIRST contact your child's counselor. Also, have your child pick up an Absence Request Form from the Front office and submit it two weeks prior to the expected absence to Ms. Johnson in the front office. The form can also be downloaded from http://bit.ly/1OLi6OZ .

Jag Country
Robinson parents, please be aware that due to an inadvertent scheduling conflict, we are moving the date of Journey to Jag Country to Thursday, January 7. We want to make sure that all Robinson students and parents are able to attend. Times will remain the same 6:45 to 8:00. Thank you for your understanding and more details about the night can be found below.
Calling the PWSH Class of 2020! We hope everyone will plan on attending the Journey to Jag Country on Thursday, January 7 from 6:45 to 8:00. Please note this date has changed to Thursday, January 7. We ask all that after parking you make your way to the cafeteria for the meeting. Please be aware there are other groups that will already be on campus. You have not missed anything. We different times for each group to better serve everyone. This is an opportunity for parents and students to learn all about what you have to look forward to in high school. During this evening, parents and students will have a meeting to learn how to better help their student transition to high school. Parents and students will also be able to get familiar with the campus. While walking around the campus, you will be able to visit with curricular class teachers, student groups and organizations, purchase spirit wear, and visit with the different booster clubs and PTSA. We hope you will not miss this chance to get your high school career off to a great start!!
