VIP and General Playtester Tickets still available!
We have been receiving a lot of questions about how to sign up, as a designer, for playtesting time.
Unfortunately, designer tables have been sold out since August. There are plenty of VIP playtester badges left and we don’t anticipate them selling out.
If you're a designer, we’d recommend getting a VIP playtester badge as it will give you access to the full show including all designer activities. You just won’t have a designated time/table for playtesting. We will be handling any cancellations and no-shows on-site, so as a VIP playtester you’d have access to our waitlist for tables. You can get a VIP playtester badge here:
Getting on the waitlist
The waitlist will become available at 3:00pm on Friday March 23rd at the Designer Corner. You must be present to sign up on the waitlist. VIP Playtesters and Reserved Playtesters will be granted first access to any available tables.
Once a table becomes available, we will text the next individual on the list and that designer will have fifteen minutes to respond and claim the table. After fifteen minutes, we will move to the next designer on the list. A designer will be moved to the bottom of the list if no response was given within the fifteen minutes allowed.
There are no empty tables! If you see an empty table, we know about it!
All about Unpub
Founded in 2010 by John Moller, The Unpublished Games Network, called Unpub, is the network of a growing community of game designers, publishers, players, retailers and artists working towards the creation of new and unique table top games that will keep people entertained for generations to come!
We support the game design and development community by organizing events designed to help unpublished games and their designers receive public play-tests and feedback. These events are open to anyone who wishes to attend and play these games. Players are asked evaluate the games based on their tastes and provide constructive criticism in the form of verbal and written feedback.
Unpub is low cost/no cost program that relies on participant support to grow. There is no fee to join, no fee to maintain, no fee to participate at most events. All we ask of our participants is that they help the program to grow. It is through passionate support of the Unpub ideals that we have gotten this far, and with your support we will continue to grow further.
