Everything about Greek
There's many things to learn about Greek life here's a few that came to my mind.
women had no rights or title or anything good back then. They were known as irrational dangerous creatures, but Men who were rich were known as great fit gods and other things. Men were able to compete in sports unlike women which for me that's a big deal because i'm all about sport. If i didn't play a sport i would have so much more free time and i wouldn't know what to do with it, plus most of my friends met there. Men had everything but women had nothing they were treated as if they were animals because that's what they divided them into.
Greek lives and how they divided things.
Greek people divided about everything you can think off. For starters they divided women and men into groups. Men were the rational human beings unlike women weren't they were irrational and known as creatures. i speak for a lot of women out there when i say that's just dumb. Why couldn't women have rights like me well back then it was just the way they thought things should be.
Greece did a lot of things just because they wanted their gods to love them and enjoy the things they did. One of the Greece gods is name Zeus known as god of the sky and ruler of the Olympian gods. Zeus overthrew his father name Cronus, then drew his many brothers and won and became the supreme ruler of gods. As a god Zeus had a weapon his weapon was a thunderbolt. Another god was Poseidon he was Zeus is brother, god of the sea, and the supreme gods of mount Olympus.
How they dressed back then.
Obviously back then they dressed differently like they would wear primarily consisted of the chiton, ,peblos, himation, and clhamys. men and women typically had on two pieces of clothing instead of one so a top and bottom. Also an a undergarment.
The term ancient, or archaic, Greece refers to the time three centuries before the classical age between 800 B.C and 500 B.C. Around that age art and poetry was invented for them.
Over the Greek dark ages the archaic period, people lived scattered throughout Greece in small villages as they grew larger these villages began to evolve some built walls but most built a marketplace.
