The End Is Near!

We're wrapping up another successful school year! Only 4 days left! Can you believe it! We are still very busy in our classroom, and we're having some fun while we work! Please be on the lookout for paperwork/supplies to slowly start creeping in your student's back pack so that there's not so much happening on the last day of school. There's a lot of fun and important events coming up so please keep reading this newsletter so you can make sure to be included in all the fun!

  • Fourth Grade Picnic June 6th
  • End of Year Carnival Next Week!
  • Report Cards Go Home June 6th

Here's What We've Been Working On!

Math-We took our last math assessment yesterday on geometry! Be on the lookout today for your student's test to come home! They all did great!

Language Arts-It's so important that your student continue reading over the summer. Each student has a "Big Universe" account that will remain active through the summer, so please encourage your student to utilize this great resources when searching for enjoyable summer reads! (Click the link below!)

Social Studies-Today we wrapped up our go animate projects that are dealing with economic vocabulary. These short little scripts were a fun way for students to work together in groups to demonstrate their knowledge about our economy and how it works! Thank you for everyone that participated in our ethnic food day yesterday! It was amazing as usual! We hope you enjoyed sampling foods from different cultures, and also enjoyed the time you spent cooking with your student! We really appreciate your hard work!
