If you want to talk to someone about sleeping you have a couple of options, if you want a more professional route you can talk to your doctor or your/a therapist! While if you don't necessarily need someone professional, someone trusted in your family or a good friend could always work too! Doctor would be good to learn more physical health aspects of sleeping and ideas in that genre, while talking to a therapist would more than likely focus on more of the mental affects of sleeping on your health, another possibility with a therapist is to talk about how to get better sleep or vice versa if you have a problem. Talking to family or a friend would be good if you just need to talk to someone, it could help you relate to someone better and see what they are experiencing!
