ENFP
“The Campaigner"
So, What Exactly is an ENFP Personality?
If you are an ENFP, you are more than just a "people person". You crave creativity and freedom and are a true free spirit. You're shaped by your intuitiveness and curiosity, allowing you to read between the lines and see the world through emotion, compassion and mysticism. ENFPs are fiercely independent and make good leaders.
Strengths
Curious, Friendly, and Energetic
One of ENFP's main strengths is their curiosity and willingness to try new things. They love forming new connections and ideas and are very observant. This infectious enthusiasm has the dual benefit of giving ENFPs a chance to make more social connections, and of giving them a new source of information and experience. They don't hesitate to go out of their comfort zones and are empathetic, and approachable.
Communicator, Independent, Leader
ENFPs have very good people skills, which is one of the reasons why they make good leaders. They are very independent and will stand up for their beliefs. They work best without strict rules and prefer an environment with more room to make decisions. They enjoy both small talk and deep meaningful conversations.
Weakness
Easily Stressed, Distracted and Emotional
ENFPs care greatly about others feelings, but sometimes that can overwhelm them. They get stressed very easily and do not work very well under pressure. They often overthink things, especially when they cannot say yes to everyone. ENFPS are perfectionists, trying to find the meaning in the simplest things, and can anxious considering all of the ideas and possibilities in a certain situation. They are easily distracted, as well as being too emotional at times.
How Does This Relate to My Personal Personality?
I agree with this result. I see myself as very independent, with strong beliefs. I also have noticed that I am very much a "people person", and enjoy helping others through hard situations. I prefer to lead, whether its group projects or an after school club, I find I have more success when I am in charge. I have also found that I struggle all of the weaknesses common with ENFP personalities. I am stressed most of the time, and often get distracted. Many of my teachers have also told me that I am a perfectionist and that I overthink things, but usually, I don't notice that I am doing these things. Making everything perfect is reality to me.
