Details about our next meeting coming soon!
Heritage Day
This year’s Heritage Day is scheduled for Friday, March 6th. We would like for all students to come dressed in attire that represents their culture to celebrate the diversity we have here at SMS. If you would like to volunteer for this amazing event, click here: https://m.signupgenius.com/#!/showSignUp/10c044fa4a729a1fc1-heritage
We will hold a dress rehearsal for all performances (students, parents, groups, troops, etc.) Thursday, March 5th at 4:15 in the SMS Commons. Please come with music, attire, and anything else you need for your performance so we can practice the show.
Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month
Every February across the United States, teens and those who support them join together for a national effort to raise awareness to teen dating violence. Dating violence is more common than many people think. One in three teens in the U.S. will experience physical, sexual, or emotional abuse by someone they are in a relationship with before they become adults. By joining together every February, we can spread awareness and stop dating abuse before it starts. Click here for more info: https://www.loveisrespect.org/teendvmonth/
As always, for updates visit our website at: https://www.fortbendisd.com/domain/2953.
Thank you for your continued support of us and our program. We are enjoying a fantastic year with your students!!**
