All Student Center Testing Site
Beginning Monday, September 20, 2021, we will begin asymptomatic COVID testing at the All Student Center on the Davis Senior High School campus at the following times:
Mondays and Thursdays 4:30PM - 6:30 PM
To be able to test, you must be fully registered through Healthy Davis Together and DJUSD before coming to the testing site. Here are the steps to register:
Step 1: Go to the Healthy Davis Together website at https://healthydavistogether.org/testing/ and follow these steps to register your student
- Parent signs up for an HDT account
- Click "Dependents" on the left menu
- Click "Add a New Dependent"
- Fill out minor's information (leave email and phone blank unless you want your student sent their tests results)
- Click "I agree" and submit (this will create your student's profile)
- Once you see your student's name, click "Launch"
- Click on "Medical Clearances" on the left
- Click on the green "Update" box
- Complete the HDT waiver and submit
If you have questions about the Healthy Davis Together registration, please contact their help desk at (530) 754-8382.
Step 2: Please contact HDT at (530) 754-8382 or email your student's name and birthdate to accountsupport@healthydavistogether.org to request your child be moved to the DJUSD agency. Being under the DJUSD agency enables students and staff to no longer need to make appointments at ANY testing sites (community or school), and they can walk in during open hours to be tested. If you would like to be able to make appointments, please ask that your primary agency be DJUSD, and your secondary agency be HDT.
The DJUSD agency also allows DJUSD to have access to the test results, which allows a faster response to a positive test. If your student remains under the general Davis agency, they can still test at any site in Davis, but we would not receive the test results.
Step 3: Fill out the DJUSD Minor COVID Testing Waiver (English) (Spanish) for your minor student
Once these steps are complete, your student can be tested at any sites in Davis (school or community) on a walk-in basis.
If you have any questions, please email Heidi Perry at hperry@djusd.netAthletic Team Testing Requirement
All active 9-12th grade DJUSD athletic teams will be required to test for COVID-19 at least once per week. This requirement extends to all coaches, athletes, and team volunteers. Active teams are considered teams that are holding in-person activities whether or not the season has actually started.
COVID-19 testing is available through Healthy Davis Together in many locations throughout the Davis community. The closest testing location to Davis Senior High School is at the Veterans Memorial Center just across from the student parking lot. You can find the latest testing locations and times here. All student-athletes must register for HDT testing, using the DJUSD agency code. If a student-athlete has been tested before through HDT they do not need to complete registration again.
Team members, including staff, will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the last seven (7) days each Monday to their Head Coach. Coaches will require all athletes to provide a negative result to them starting Monday September 20.
Students and coaches without proof of a negative test within the past 7 days will not be permitted to participate in team activities until the negative test is provided.
DJUSD does not accept over the counter rapid tests. Please plan your testing accordingly.
NOTE: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 90 days you should NOT test for athletic participation. Please submit a copy of your positive test to document that you are exempt from testing for a 90 day period. Submit Past Results to: covid19reporting@djusd.net

COVID-19 Guidelines
Davis Joint Unified School District will continue to update our policies as guidance is provided.
Currently DJUSD requires everyone (vaccinated or not) to wear a mask indoors and outdoors while on DJUSD campuses or at DJUSD events.
(Indoor Sports) Student athletes engaged in strenuous activity indoors that are not able to tolerate participation in a mask should stop activity and refrain from participation immediately.
All school volunteers, including carpool drivers, must provide proof of being fully vaccinated or show proof of weekly testing. Per the Governor’s Health Order, self-attestation of vaccine status is not sufficient evidence of vaccination, and therefore we are asking that if you are fully vaccinated, please upload a copy of your vaccine card to the following form: Volunteer Attestation Form
Any athlete or coach that has any COVID-19 symptoms or that tests positive for COVID-19 must report their result immediately to their coach. DO NOT attend any practices or team functions until cleared.
